Got up checked out and bumped into the two I was on a tour yesterday with! Got their instas as they was nice :)
Went for brekkie but EVERYWHERE is a coffee shop. Literally everywhere, I had to walk for ages. And then when I got to breakfast I didn’t get my coffee so I had to grab one on the way back to the hostel, no one in the coffee shop but still took 10 mins! Now I’m waiting for my pickup to cross the boarder! Eeeeek. First boarder crossing, bit nervous coz I’m on my own where everyone else has booked to go straight to the south of Laos through their hostel, so booked a connecting bus straight to the other side just so I don’t get stuck 😂 esha and Molly are on which will be nice!
A Dutch couple who was on my bus to chiang rai are on the boarder bus and also staying at the same hostel as me! Small world.
We crossed the boarder and it was easy! I got talking to a Dutch girl when on the coach and she’s also doing the gibbon experience tomorrow. Also turns out two Americans, a German and a Scottish couple were also doing them! We all met at a rooftop bar and watched the best sunset (well me and the Scot’s) and the couple I was on a tour with yesterday came to Join. Sat and played a game with the German American and Dutch but tbh, the didn’t seem that interested. The German even said ‘do you want to play this game’ well obviously, I’m sitting here? So I went and sat with the Scot’s and English and was much more myself and a vibe! Hope I’m on the same tour as the Scot’s in the morning, if not I’m asking hahah she is also slightly worried about the hike so I’m not on my own there 😂

Other side of the world I see this, I sent it to the managers chat and said it could be a slogan for data min. How sad hahaha Matthew liked it and said they’re going to use it 😂
