Day at Sea.

We left London about 2am. Under the Tower Bridge and along the River Thames out to the English Channel. We set sail for Bremerhaven, Germany.

Lots of activities on the ship today but we had a quiet day. We only watched the cook-off competition.

The evening dinner was a Farewell Celebration with a Bombe Alaska Parade for the dessert. Very spectacular. The evening entertainment was a Farewell Show with all of the entertainers.

We had to pack our bags and put our suitcase outside our cabin door for collection at 2am.

22 September
We arrived in Bremerhaven about 8am. Passengers started to disembark about 10am. Vera, Ron and I waited on board until Horst finished business with the Hansa Touristik Staff and Captain Papangelis. We left for Bremen about 2:30pm. We got Vera to the airport about 4pm in plenty of time for her Eurowings flight at 5:20pm to Stuttgart.

Back to Horst's apartment to do our washing then we walked to a local Italian restaurant for dinner. Dropped in to Rewe Supermarket for breakfast items and pegs for the drying room. Apparently we were using someone else's pegs and not Monika's!
