Seeyas Darwin ! Next stop ..Adelaide River. Staying at showgrounds..it's ok. We dumped van and then headed back up to Wak Wak for a jumping croc cruise. We were on a little boat with about 12 people cruising the river. Connie spots a croc .. the croc spots us and then slowly swims over.. Connie then dangles a chunk of meat on a fishing pole and the croc jumps out of water and has his lunch ! Awesome to be so close to them .. they are massive! We were only meters away! Great cruise 👍 Stopped at famous Humptydoo pub for late lunch .. not sure why it's so famous.. great name but average country pub!
State of origin night..we rode pushys to Adelaide River Inn and watched it there.. great game.. great night. The bar shouted heaps of drinks 🍸🍺
Next day ..day trip to Litchfield National park. Went to Florence Falls (a walk down steps to waterfalls and plunge pool) and Buley Rockhole (lots of little waterfalls and rockholes).. it was a stinker with weather so Steve luv'd it!
