Our cheapie park for 2 nights.. had water no power for $15 a night which was elcheapo for Katherine!

Katherine .. 3rd largest town in NT..prettier than Alice. Decided to stay at a cheaper camp 5 kms out of town.. still had water and saved $$ BUT the heat with no air con was a bit unbearable.. only 2 nights here! Did a 2 hour cruise through 2 of the gorges at Nitmiluk (Katherine).. was gorguss!! Then cooled off at Knotts Crossing. Club Katherine was the choice for dinner!

Australia - Katherine - Noticed that peeps decorate the termite mounds as we have travelled thru. There are thousands of them dotting the landscape along the highway! This is our attempt !! Hopefully we left our mark on the NT !
