A beautiful, calm morning as we left East Ferry Marina.
Another trip where we could mention our lifting keel Maggie. We decided to head up the Ballynacorra river, which can be quite shallow in parts, although to be honest we were never in less than 2.2 metres.
We went round the corner into a little bay and dropped anchor.

A relaxing day reading, watching the occasional kayaker and ….
… taking a dip.
I held onto the lines as the tide was going out fast, and I didn’t want to go with it!
Once again, the sunset glow on the horizon didn’t disappear until after 11pm.
