The taxi from Airport Specialist Cars picked us up at 14:30 and we had a pleasant and uneventful trip to Heathrow Airport. The car was very comfortable and the driver very sociable - we shall use this company again. We arrived at the aiport at around 16:45 and then had three hours to kill - a glass of wine or two helped !

The flight to Addis Ababa was long and tedious as we managed to get only a small amount of sleep. It didn't seem very long between having dinner and the crew switching on the lights to serve breakfast. The Ethiopian Airlines staff were not brilliant.
