Ellwangen. Otto and Susie. The Catholic and Lutheran Churches are joined. You can walk from one to the other from inside.

One last look at Ellwangen with Otto then off to catch the 11:12am train.

Stuttgart
We took the train to Stuttgart. Placed our bags in a locker in the Hauptbahnhof 5 Euros for 24 hours.

Walked in the city. Visited the Landesmuseum Württemberg which was the city castle. It was the residence of the Dukes of Württemberg dating back to a 10th century moated castle. Converted into a Renaissance castle with an arcaded court, steps for horsemen and a Protestant castle church under Duke Christoph 1553-63.

We walked the Main shopping mall and then took the S-Bahn to the airport to catch our Eurowings flight to Bremen.

Horst picked us up from the airport. We went to dinner at the Italian restaurant across from his apartment. Then back to the apartment to watch the soccer. Liverpool against Hockenheim in Liverpool.
