Getting up early we lowered the sails before the wind built later in the day.
Fortunately a wide pontoon and protection from the Custaim launch made folding the sails easy.

Later, Kevin aka James Bond, rescued a child’s green bucket that was floating out to sea.
Fishy Fishy is a much recommended restaurant, run by Martin and Marie Shanahan, who started out with a fishmongers and deli. He’s now a celebrity chef. Having eaten at some wonderful places, we were disappointed. Too big to have a personal touch, we suspect the uninspiring menu wasn’t cooked by him!
The final straw at Fishy Fishy was being charged for tap water!
We didn’t want to go home early on our last night, so we decamped to St Francis Provisions for a glass of wine in the evening sun, and had a pleasant time chatting to a German family visiting Ireland.
