Came across this pink lake just before Port Gregory.. was massive!

Leaving Kalbarri and the landscape changed to green green green.. goodbye red dust.. we will miss you! Driving through endless fields of wheat and canola that were so green and pretty .. it took Stevie back to his homeland!
We left Australia today for a quick visit to Hutt River Principality! We met His Royal Highness Prince Leonard who, back in the 70's, found loopholes in the law when the WA government tried to take his farm land off him.. he fought the government and created his own country with its own currency, stamps and passport! He was a kickass accountant too !! Such a great story.
Arrived to a windy Geraldton in arvy. We stayed near port area of town surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches.. so many beaches even tho windy. Steve had a days work so I shopped, faffed and rode pushy! On the last day we visited BOM weather centre.. imagined it to be big hub of offices with loads of computers .. but alas it was one dude with 2 computers.. still interesting! He showed us all the weather gadgets.
